Information and service scope
Service descriptions and solution scenarios provide general information and example uses. Sending a message through the website does not constitute acceptance of a quote, a service order or a consulting agreement.
For an actual project, scope, fees, delivery schedule, support, intellectual property and each party’s responsibilities are agreed separately in writing. Finance and management content does not constitute personalised investment advice or a guarantee of results.
Acceptable use

- Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, abuse automated tools or disrupt the service.
- Provide accurate contact details; do not submit information you are not authorised to share or unnecessary personal data.

The UnluSoft brand, logo and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view content for personal or internal business evaluation. Commercial reproduction, republication or unauthorised brand use requires written permission.
Third-party components such as Three.js and Saira are subject to their own open-source or font licences. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences.
Contact tools and personal data
The contact form is used to communicate your enquiry. The form submits data to our Windows hosting server, which sends the message through SMTP. Success is shown only after the email server accepts the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Data use, retention, transfers and your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Visiting the website or using the form does not grant blanket consent to process data for other purposes.
ERP, Sandbox and external links
ERP and Sandbox links open separate applications. Access permissions, account terms and service scope are determined separately; access to this website does not authorise use of those portals. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy information.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and current. Maintenance, infrastructure or internet connectivity may cause interruptions. Suitability for a particular project must be assessed separately.
These terms do not exclude mandatory legal provisions, consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory protections in favour of users remain unaffected.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes may be brought before the authorities competent under applicable law, without limiting mandatory user rights. The terms are updated when the website’s scope changes; separately signed service agreements govern their own scope.
