Data controller and scope
This notice explains how personal data is used when visiting the UnluSoft website and handling enquiries. It combines website privacy information with the notice under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What information is used?
- Enquiries: your name, email address and message; company and phone details if you provide them.
- Enquiry content: your selected topic and business or project information you choose to include.
- Technical access: IP address, request time and access/error logs that may be generated by hosting. The provider and retention period are TO BE CONFIRMED.
- Preferences: your selected language and light/dark theme are stored in your browser.
Do not include identity numbers, health data, bank/card details, passwords or unnecessary personal data about other people in your message.
Collection method and how the form works
Information is collected electronically through the contact form and emails you send directly. On submission, form data is transmitted over HTTPS to our Windows hosting server, validated and sent to our contact mailbox via SMTP. Form contents are not stored in a website database; the message is retained in the email system.
Before submission, form fields are processed in browser memory. Attempt timestamps associated with an IP address are used temporarily in server memory to reduce abuse. SMTP credentials remain in protected server configuration and are not sent to the browser. ChatGPT Sites and the static local preview do not run the ASP.NET sending service.
Purposes and legal grounds
Contact and message details are used to answer enquiries and discuss services. The grounds are KVKK Article 5(2)(c) for discussions directly linked to entering a contract; 5(2)(e) for correspondence necessary to protect a right; and 5(2)(f) for enquiry management and security that do not override your fundamental rights. Article 5(2)(ç) applies where a legal obligation requires processing.
Sending an enquiry does not grant permission for advertising or bulk marketing. If a separate purpose requires explicit consent, its notice and consent will be handled separately.
Retention and security
Received emails are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable legal retention or protection-of-rights period. When the purpose and legal ground cease, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Exact periods for correspondence and technical logs are TO BE CONFIRMED.
Access should be restricted to authorised persons, and email accounts, hosting administration and backups protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and browser preferences
UnluSoft’s page code contains no advertising, analytics or remarketing trackers. The Saira font and Three.js files load from the website. Language and theme preferences use localStorage; contact form data is not stored there. You can remove preferences by clearing website data in your browser.
Access/session mechanisms for the ChatGPT Sites preview may use separate platform data. The platform’s privacy information governs those operations. If non-essential trackers are added later, the necessary notice and preference controls must be provided before they are enabled.
Your rights under KVKK
- Find out whether your data is used, for what purpose, whether that use matches the purpose, and obtain related information.
- Find out which recipients in Türkiye or abroad received your data.
- Request correction of inaccurate/incomplete data and erasure/destruction when the conditions apply; request notification of those actions to recipients.
- Challenge an adverse outcome based solely on automated evaluation and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful use.
Requests and contact
You can send a request concerning your rights to info@unlusoft.com.tr. Use an email address you previously supplied and which is in our records, and provide the details necessary to identify you and your request. Other legally valid application methods remain available; the postal address and any registered electronic mail (KEP) address are TO BE CONFIRMED.
Valid requests are answered within 30 days. If a request involves additional cost, any charge is limited to the tariff set by the Board. Unnecessary data is not requested for identity verification.
Updates and sources
This notice is updated when processing methods, providers or contact details change. It remains a draft until the legal name, official address, provider identities and retention periods are completed.
